KAI PAD MED MA-MUANG HIMMAPARN
(Chicken-fried Cashew Nut)

 

Preparation

Ingredients 300 g chicken meat 1 cup roasted cashew nut 1 cup sliced onion 2 tablespoons oyster oil 4 paprikas 2 tablespoons fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 
Preparation
   1. Finely slice the onion and paprikas.
                       2. Heat the oil in wok over medium heat. Put chicken meat, cashew nuts, paprikas, onion to fry.
                       3. Add fish sauce, sugar and oyster oil to taste, continue frying until well done. 
                       4. Remove from the heat
