KOAW KLUK KA-PI
(Fried rice mix with shrimp paste)

Preparation

Ingredients 4 cups cold cooked rice 2 tablespoons fried shrimp 3 tablespoons cooking oil 5 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon shrimp paste 1 tablespoon chopped onions 2 tablespoons chopped raw mango 2 tablespoons sweet pork 1 egg, beaten, cooked into an omelette and shredded a half or lime 2 chopped chillies 1 teaspoon chopped coriander cucumber 
SWEET PORK
Ingredients 2 cups cut pork 1 tablespoon chopped onion 3 tablespoons light soy sauce 3 tablespoons palm sugar 1 tablespoon black soy sauce 1 cup water "Put all ingredients in the pot. Simmer, stirring constantly over the medium heat until the pork is soft. Remove from the heat.
Preparations
1. Beat and chop the garlics finely, fry in the hot oil until yellow and fragrant. Remove from the heat, set aside.
              2. Put the rice into the same oil, add the shrimp paste, mix together thoroughly. Remove from the heat, place in a plate.
              3. Put sweet pork, mango, chillies, shrimp, onions, cucumber, in the plate.
              4. To serve, garnish with garlic, shredded omelette and coriander.
