PAD KA-PHRAO
(Fried with basil leaves)

Preparation

Ingredients 2 cups chopped chicken meat 3 chillies 5 bird's-eye chillies 1 bulb garlic 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder 3 cups sacred basil (kaphrao) leave 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoon fish sauce 
Preparation
  1. Pound the chillies,chop garlic and bird's-eye chillies finely.
                      2.Heat the oil in wok over high heat. Put chillies, garlic, pepper powder.
                      3. When garlic become golden brown. Put the chicken into the wok and fry until cooked. Add fish sauce, sugar and sacred basil leave, when the sacred basil cooked remove from the heat and serve.
