(Meat salad)
Preparation
Ingredients
500 g tenderloin 1/2 bulb onion 1 bulb garlic 2 tablespoons lime juice 3
cucumbers 3 tomatoes 10 marsh mint leave 1 tablespoon sliced spring onion 1
tablespoon sliced coriander, lettuce 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients 4 chillies (well pound) 2 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2
cups chopped onion 1/4 cup sliced coriander 1/4 cup fish sauce 1/4 cup lime
juice 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation 1. Finely chop onion and garlic, mix with lime juice and oil
and smear on the clean and fascialess meat, set aside for 2 hours.
2. Cut the meat into length-shape. Roast in the oven about 45-60 minutes.
3. Cut the meat into long thin stripes.
4. Mix the sauce ingredients and meat together until fine.
5. Place the lettuce, sliced cucumber, sliced tomatoes on a plate follow by the
salad. Garnish with spring onion, coriander, and marsh mint.
